333kd is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. All accounts are subject to age verification. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
One Account Per Player

Scope of Services

§ 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

If 333kd determines, at any point, that an account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned where legally and practically possible; however, any winnings generated from bets placed by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

§ 03 Account Registration & Security

Know Your Customer (KYC)

§ 04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on 333kd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 333kd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which 333kd accepts no responsibility.
Accepted Payment Methods

Anti-Money Laundering. 333kd is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of illicit activities. § 05 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Bonus Abuse
333kd has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements (including but not limited to hedging, arbitrage betting, or placing opposing bets across multiple accounts), and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. 333kd reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, suspend accounts, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Promotional Changes
333kd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes wherever practicable. 333kd's decisions regarding promotional eligibility and bonus awards are final and binding.
§ 06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on 333kd, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must comply with these Terms at all times and must not engage in any conduct that is harmful to 333kd, its staff, its technology infrastructure, or other players on the platform.
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 333kd and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including false age declarations.
- Registering or operating more than one player account, whether in your own name or under aliases.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or access the platform in a non-human manner.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in a game to gain an advantage; any winnings derived from a known technical error are not payable and will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against 333kd.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 333kd staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access restriction, or KYC procedure on the platform.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. 333kd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these obligations, with or without prior notice. Balances associated with accounts closed for prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full. 333kd also reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable law permits.
§ 07 Game Rules & Fair Play

Disputed Results
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records held by 333kd's servers constitute the official and final record. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute via live chat or [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant game round or bet settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
§ 08 Account Suspension & Closure
333kd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period, detection of duplicate accounts, or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your 333kd account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you are advised to withdraw any available real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. 333kd will process your closure request within 2 business days of receiving it.
Self-Exclusion

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, 333kd reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, without compensation.
